citratoto provides three routes to access our platform. Android users download and install our APK file directly to their device; iOS users save citratoto as a web app shortcut in Safari or use any browser; desktop and mobile browsers can access our fully responsive interface without installation. All three methods grant identical access to account management, game libraries, deposit and withdrawal, and customer support.

Native app versus browser access

Device requirements
Our citratoto app requires Android 7.0 or higher (released 2016) and runs on all major manufacturers including Samsung, Xiaomi, Oppo, Vivo, Realme, and Poco. iOS users can access citratoto through Safari, Chrome, or Firefox on devices running iOS 12 or newer (iPhone 5s and later, iPad Air and later). Windows, macOS, and Linux users access citratoto through any modern browser at standard screen resolutions. To find your Android version, open Settings > About phone > Android version; for iOS, go to Settings > General > About and check the OS version field. If your device is older than these specifications, we recommend using a web browser on a newer device or a shared device in your household.
Troubleshooting installation errors
Android users may see "Install blocked" when opening the citratoto APK because Google Play Protect prevents installationof unknown sources. Enable this by opening Settings > Apps > Google Play Protect, tap the settings icon (top right), toggle "Scan apps with Play Protect" off, then retry the APK install. iOS users may see "Cannot open page" in Safari if cookies or cache are corrupted; clear Safari cache (Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data), then revisit citratoto.app. If you see certificate or SSL warnings on any browser, ensure your device's date and time are correct (Settings > Date & Time > Set automatically); outdated system clocks block secure connections. Data, permissions, and account security
The citratoto app requests permission to access your device's internet connection, which it uses for real-time market updates, account balance sync, and game streaming. The app does not require access to your camera, contacts, or photo library unless you voluntarily upload an ID photo during KYC verification—in that case, you explicitly grant permission for that single upload. All data transmitted between your device and citratoto servers uses TLS 1.3 encryption, the same standard used by banks and payment providers. Your password is never stored on your device in plain text; citratoto servers authenticate you via encrypted tokens that expire after inactivity. If you uninstall the app, all locally cached data (schedules, game previews, browsing history) is deleted from your device; your account remains active and accessible on any other device or browser.
Your citratoto account is tied to email and verified identity
Only you can log in using your credentials. If you forget your password, we send a reset link to your registered email. Never share your login details, and enable two-factor authentication in your account settings once that feature becomes available.
